Senior Business Leader at the Edge of AI & Financial Services

I work with executives, boards, and founders at the edge of agentic AI, cloud platforms, and regulated financial services. My role is to bring clarity when the path forward is contested, structure decisions before committees drift, and turn complex ambition into roadmaps teams can execute.

My background spans three domains: senior FinTech leadership at Avaloq, strategy consulting at BCG and Capgemini, and a long arc in AI—from multi-agent systems research (the foundations under today's agentic AI), through enterprise AI advisory, into applied AI and hands-on agentic work: end-to-end PoC, human-agentic software delivery, and a working view of what agentic AI means for banking operating models.

Track record: commercial leadership of cloud and digital asset platforms in regulated banking, an award-winning digital asset solution, enterprise-scale production rollouts, and ecosystem development with banks and fintechs. Current focus: AI-led change—how agentic AI reshapes operating models, organizations, and platforms, and how to bring that change into production with execution discipline.

When engaged, I act as a sparring partner: independent, analytical, with execution discipline. I challenge assumptions, design AI-native operating models, frame options against their technical, regulatory, and commercial implications, and steer programs before they drift or stall.
